WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: • are EITHER a registered patent attorney in Australia OR a trainee patent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification; • have minimum 1 year practical patents experience OR MORE (up to senior associate level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas; • have a degree (or higher) in ENGINEERING (eg mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, biomedical, automotive etc ) OR SCIENCE (eg physics, earth science) ; • have solid experience in drafting/prosecuting patents relating to an y engineering,physics and/or mining fields. • are committed to building your professional profile /networks by participating in business development/marketing activities; • are ambitious + serious about becoming the best patent attorney and holistic person YOU can be+ want to work with, learn from, contribute to and be inspired by industry-leading passionate professionals.
