Job Description
About the roleProvide Scrum Master support for Novartis US PRIME teams across Business Intelligence reporting and Data Visualization initiatives.
Facilitate and manage end-to-end Agile ceremonies, coordinating across multiple workstreams including Product Owners, Developers, Data Engineering teams, UI/UX and Testing teams, IT, and Wireframe teams to ensure efficient collaboration, timely delivery, and smooth execution of products.
Must have:Scrum Master certification, Good understanding of JIRA board, excellent Project Management skills and communicationFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) Remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint-releasesCoach the team on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
Foster collaboration between development teams, operations team and stakeholders. Should Support on US shift (2 to 10 PM)Creating slides on MS Power PointGood to have:Intermediate Tech skills – Excel and Power BI
