About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications—handling everything from user-facing UI elements to robust server-side logic and database architecture.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive digital products.
Key Responsibilities
•
End-to-End Application Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full development lifecycle—from conceptualization to production deployment.
•
Front-End Architecture: Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks ([React.js / Vue.js / Angular / Next.js]).
•
Back-End & API Development: Build efficient server-side architecture, business logic, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using [Node.js / Python (Django/FastAPI) / Java / Go / .NET].
•
Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage database schemas using relational ([PostgreSQL / MySQL]) or NoSQL ([MongoDB / Redis]) databases.
•
Cloud & DevOps Integration: CI/CD pipeline automation, containerization ([Docker / Kubernetes]), and cloud infrastructure management ([AWS / Azure / GCP]).
•
Quality Assurance & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
•
Performance & Security Optimization: Monitor, debug, and optimize application speed, scale, and security best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
•
Experience: [3+] years of professional software engineering experience working with both front-end and back-end web technologies.
•
Front-End Skills: Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (TypeScript preferred), and modern UI frameworks ([React, Vue, Angular]).
•
Back-End Skills: Proven experience with back-end languages/frameworks ([Node.js, Express, Python, Java, etc.]).
•
Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) database query design and optimization.
•
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
•
Core Competencies: Strong understanding of RESTful API design, web security fundamentals, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
•
Experience with TypeScript on both the client and server side.
•
Experience with serverless architecture and cloud platforms ([AWS / GCP / Azure]).
•
Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets for real-time applications.
•
Background in Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits & Perks
•
Competitive base salary + equity options.
•
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
•
