Full Stack Developer

BT-426 – Full Stack Developer Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option) **Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.** Required Skills and Experience • Experience with aJava 17+, Angular 18+, and DynamoDB is a must • Experience developing single-page applications using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, and Angular 18+. • At least 1 year experience with Angular. • Experience developing RESTful services using Java 17+ and Spring Framework 6+. • Experience with non-relational database systems such as DynamoDB (other on-the-job- database experience accepted). • Experience with and troubleshooting of Internet/web-related protocols and technologies (e.g., Tomcat, Node.js, web services, and SSL). • Experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests and experience with testing platforms such as Jest or Karma. • Experience using DevOps such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus, or other software repositories. • Demonstrates experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development. • Demonstrates experience estimating and managing software development schedules and deliverables. • Demonstrates experience working in an Agile development environment. • Demonstrates experience developing detailed software design and associated deliverables. • Demonstrates experience designing new system interfaces. • Demonstrates experience coordinating, supporting, and participating in program meetings and reviews. • Demonstrates experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors. • Demonstrates experience developing single page applications using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, and Angular 2+. • Demonstrates experience developing RESTful services using Java 8+, Spring Framework 4+, and Spring Security 4+. • Demonstrates experience working with non-relational database systems such as DynamoDB (other on-the-job database experience accepted). • Demonstrates experience with and troubleshooting of Internet/Web-related protocols and technologies (e.g., Tomcat, Node.js, web services, and SSL). • Demonstrates experience developing Junit and Jasmine tests and experience with testing platforms such as Jest or Karma. • Demonstrates experience working with DevOps tools, such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus. Desired Skills and Experience • Experience with Spring Security • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite ServiceNow training for the certification. • Demonstrates experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Demonstrates experience developing and maintaining systems that utilize websockets. • Demonstrates experience developing UIs using Angular Material. • Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced, Lean Agile environment. • Demonstrates experience doing rapid prototyping and application development with significant user interaction. • Demonstrates experience developing using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. • Demonstrates experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, and Python) and/or the ability to automate routine operations through scripts or toolsets. • Demonstrates experience with client IT systems, missions, and strategies. • Demonstrates experience communicating with senior customers, senior management, and implementation partners. • Demonstrates experience creating and maintaining Jira tickets. • Demonstrates experience with AWS and Azure.
