Technical Lead - DevOps

Location : On-site Experience Required : 4 to 10 Years Employment Type : Full-time About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with around 4 to 10 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of remote work and periodic on-site collaboration. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments. - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize cost and performance. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). - Ensure system reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery planning. - Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). - Enforce security best practices and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 4 to 10 years of experience in Tech Lead, DevOps, SRE, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). - Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration. - Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Good to Have : - Experience with microservices architecture. - Knowledge of security practices (DevSecOps). - Exposure to serverless technologies. - Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. - Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
