Job Description
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Account & Sales Management
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Production Alignment: Work closely with the plant head and production team to ensure lead times are met and factory capacity is optimised.
• Quality Assurance: Address client complaints regarding box strength, dimensions, or printing defects, and coordinate with QA for resolution.
• Supply Chain: Oversee timely delivery of cartons to client factories to prevent disruption in their garment packing lines.
Requirements
• Experience: 1 - 2 years in B2B sales specifically within the corrugated packaging preferred. Familiarity with the textile/apparel ecosystem is a massive advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of products in textiles & apparels.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, industrial relationship management, and proficiency in ERP software and MS Excel for pricing models.
