• Graduate Civil Engineer & Post Graduation in Highways / Transportation Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years of experience on Highways / Road Projects in Road Safety / Traffic Safety
• Also having experience in World Bank / ADB / JICA funded road projects
• Must be having 10-15 Days Road Safety Training Certification
