Job Description
AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our North America and Latin America (NALA) Operations team, owning end-to-end process improvement, capacity planning, damage/claims, - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field - 3+ years of logistics operations experience - Experience in process design and documentation - Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis - Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience with capacity planning and demand forecasting in a high-growth environment
