Elevance Health - Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

JOB RESPONSIBILITY : - Managing JIRA - Jira Query Language, Stakeholder management with good team management skills. - Should have worked on Scaled Agile framework. Able to start agile teams and capable of managing multiple teams simultaneously. - Works with Product Owner to ensure proper balance between features and high-quality productivity. - Provides overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices. - Arranges, facilitates, and schedules meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use. - Suggest and organize team building activities and Increasing the Team Productivity. - Facilitates cross-functional interactions between their project teams (i.e. Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall) ensuring that cross-team dependencies are managed appropriately. - Works with Product Owners to help them maintain a quality product backlog, ensuring the team always has well-defined backlog items ready to work on. - Works to increase team efficiency by encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and consistent improvement while staying focused on quality and timeliness. QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's or master's degree. EXPERIENCE : - Overall experience around 8 - 11 yrs. - Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. - First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe 5.0). - Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES : - Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in Agile methodologies (Safe, Scrum, Kanban). - Experience in tools like JIRA, Service Now, Confluence is an asset.
