Job Description * Lead, coach, and develop Showroom Managers and sales teams. * Drive regional sales performance and achievement of budgets. * Analyse sales results and implement improvement strategies. * Conduct regular showroom visits to mentor teams and improve performance. * Manage customer service standards and resolve escalations. * Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and talent development. * Ensure compliance with retail legislation, policies, and procedures. * Maintain workplace health and safety standards across the region. * Drive visual merchandising and brand presentation standards. * Manage rostering, staffing levels, attendance, and workforce planning. * Foster a positive culture aligned with company values. The Successful Applicant A successful Regional Retail Manager should have: * Multi-site retail leadership experience. * Strong sales coaching and people development skills. * Experienced managing managers and large retail teams. * Commercially minded with strong KPI and performance management experience. * Passionate about customer experience, culture, and developing future leaders.
