Electrical Engineering Internship

Host Company: This company specialises in a range of mechanical and electrical services and products with a focus in BMCS & HVAC, Switchboard Design & Installation, Commercial & Industrial Projects, and Project Design and Management in industrial, commercial or domestic purposes. Tasks: • Assist in the management and ongoing improvement in the design, maintenance, and implementation of electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems • Ensuring compliance with standards, codes and customer specifications • Prepare electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, and topographical maps • Data compilation and report writing on engineering projects and studies • Providing estimation costs of material, labour and construction costs for projects • Additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by technicians Requirements About You: • Relevant studies in Mechanical Engineering/related field • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic understanding of Australian standards of Engineering • Valid White Card and Work at Heights Card • Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
