Equitas Small Finance Bank - Business Analyst - CBS Flexcube Application

Job Summary : We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong functional experience in Core Banking System applications, specifically Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role will work with business users and technology teams to analyse requirements, understand banking process impacts, define functional specifications and support delivery through testing and implementation. The candidate should be able to map current and future - state processes, explain FLEXCUBE behavior to technical teams, identify dependencies across modules and support UAT or production issue analysis. Strong domain knowledge, documentation discipline and the ability to translate banking requirements into clear, implementable system changes are central to the role. Key Responsibilities : - Elicit and document functional requirements for Oracle FLEXCUBE / CBS enhancements and projects. - Analyse banking processes, module dependencies, transaction flows and system impacts. - Prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. - Support development, SIT, UAT, defect clarification and release implementation. - Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams and testing teams for CBS changes. Required Skills & Experience : - 6 - 8 years of relevant business - analysis experience. - Strong functional experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking System applications. - Good understanding of banking products, transaction flows and CBS processes. - Strong requirement gathering, process mapping and functional documentation skills. - Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation of banking - system changes. Preferred / Added Advantage : - Exposure to multiple FLEXCUBE modules or integration touchpoints. - Experience with agile delivery, JIRA and production support analysis.
