Role
Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support a large-scale CRM migration project.
Responsibilities
• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM migration activities
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Configure and optimise CRM processes and workflows
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities
• Ensure successful adoption of the new CRM platform
Requirements
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proven track record delivering CRM migration projects
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements
• Insurance industry experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
