Senior Product Manager - Software Solutions

Your mission As our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering. You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation.

The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team.

g. , AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership. Professional fluency in English.
