About the Opportunity A well-established multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its legal and corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage corporate records and statutory registers for a portfolio of entities. * Prepare board and shareholders’ resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documents. * Support incorporations, restructurings, share transfers and changes to directors or shareholders.
* Coordinate board and shareholders’ meetings and maintain the relevant documentation. * Manage statutory filings and ensure compliance with ACRA and other regulatory requirements. * Support KYC, due diligence, corporate transactions and internal restructuring exercises.
* Monitor statutory deadlines and maintain corporate governance and entity-management trackers. * Liaise with external corporate secretarial providers, legal counsel and regional stakeholders. * Support contract administration, legal research and other legal projects where required.
* Guide junior team members and contribute to improvements in corporate processes and documentation.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Corporate Administration or a related discipline. * At least 5 years of relevant corporate paralegal or corporate secretarial experience. * Good knowledge of Singapore corporate law, ACRA requirements and corporate governance processes.
* Experience supporting multiple entities or regional operations would be advantageous. * Strong drafting, organisational and document-management skills. * Meticulous, responsive and able to manage competing deadlines. * Able to work independently and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
