POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Subcontracts Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing a portfolio of complex subcontracts while providing day-to-day direction, oversight, and professional development to assigned subcontract personnel.

This position performs the full range of cradle-to-grave subcontract management activities, including acquisition planning, solicitation, source selection, cost and price analysis, negotiation, award, administration, modification, compliance, performance management, and closeout.

The Senior Subcontracts Manager also reviews teamwork products, balances workload assignments, monitors departmental priorities, and helps ensure consistent execution across the subcontract function.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted business advisor to program management, operations, finance, legal, business development, and executive leadership. This individual must be comfortable independently executing complex subcontract
