Full Stack Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements: • 2+ years development experience • Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React and NextJs • Understanding of back-end programming concepts • Previous experience of WordPress • Strong vanilla JavaScript skills and front-end experience • HTML/CSS3/SASS practices that support responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices, W3C and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web • Positive communication, strong work ethic, ambition, and drive Responsibilities: • Work directly with our Head of Development within an expanding team • Collaborate with other digital creatives and developers to devise visually arresting and engaging websites, mobile applications, and e-campaigns • Consider website development beyond the brief, including commercial aspects and business value • Work closely with our development team to maintain and evolve our development standards • Develop designs to an excellent creative standard in collaboration with other delivery functions • Carry out full stack development using WordPress, NextJs / React, SCSS / JavaScript / TypeScript • Develop and progress opportunities to diversify our development product portfolio and expand our capability set • Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all code deliverables • Use and develop the latest techniques and languages, and offer exploratory solutions to development requirements • Develop maintainable, scalable solutions and blueprint products for re-use • Encourage and inspire excellence in both the development and design teams • Record and share lessons learned with team members to support continuous improvement • Ensure development architecture remains current and repositories are set up and maintained correctly Technologies: • Support • JavaScript • Mobile • NextJS • React • SASS • SCSS • TypeScript • Web • WordPress • Architect • Fullstack More: We are TEAM LEWIS, an integrated communications agency that has grown from start-up to multinational in just over two decades.
