Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year Requirements: • We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer. • We want strong fluency with React and TypeScript. • We value experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions. • We look for strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship. • We want high velocity and a focus on user impact. • It is a plus if you have led large-scale engineering projects with high impact. • It is a plus if you have driven cross-functional projects with Product, Design, Data, and Research. • It is a plus if you have worked with user-facing LLM and agentic product features. • It is a plus if you have experience curating and developing eval sets and using LLMs as judges. Responsibilities: • We build and evolve Dev Mode, our MCP tools, and Make, our leading tools for dev/design collaboration. • We take part in building new zero-to-one products within the agentic coding space. • We collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to craft high-quality products. • We mentor others and are mentored by exceptional peers across engineering, product, and design. • We build strong personal connections with our teammates and help shape our culture.
