:
We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong expertise in Alteryx and Tableau to lead data workflow automation, reporting solutions, data quality initiatives, and technical delivery across enterprise reporting environments. The role will combine technical leadership with stakeholder management, solution ownership, team guidance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data workflows and reporting solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.
- Provide technical direction for Alteryx workflow development, data transformation, automation, and reporting processes.
- Review and optimize complex Alteryx workflows to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and quality-validation processes across multiple data sources.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and support of Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Provide technical oversight for Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server environments, including data refreshes, extracts, reporting issues, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and define appropriate data and reporting approaches.
- Work closely with business, technology, product, and reporting stakeholders across projects and initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, requirement analysis, and implementation planning.
- Establish development standards, reusable frameworks, documentation practices, and best practices for Alteryx and Tableau delivery.
- Review workflows, dashboards, SQL queries, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Guide and mentor technical team members and support their development in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and data engineering practices.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues and recurring data/reporting problems.
- Oversee data-quality and reconciliation processes and ensure reporting outputs meet business requirements.
- Manage delivery activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, risks, dependencies, and technical issues are appropriately managed.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and modernize enterprise reporting capabilities.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives involving Sigma or similar analytics platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, workflow standards, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Drive continuous improvement across data, reporting, and analytics processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer, including complex workflow development and optimization.
- Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, workflow automation, data quality, reconciliation, and enterprise reporting.
- Experience leading technical delivery or teams in data analytics, BI, or reporting environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving implementation.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Experience with technical reviews, solution design, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and provide technical direction in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR or Workforce data.
- Experience in the Banking/BFSI domain.
- Experience working in large enterprise reporting environments.
- Exposure to Sigma or similar analytics modernization platforms.
- Experience with reporting modernization, migration, and automation initiatives.
- Experience establishing technical standards, reusable frameworks, and governance practices.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
