Lead Software Engineer

• Salesforce Experience & Cloud Expertise : 69 years of overall Salesforce development experience, with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. • Salesforce Development & Leadership: Co-Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . • Technical Ownership: Own technical solutions end-to-end, including translating business requirements into technical designs • Apex & LWC: Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch/Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing . • Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OAuth & middleware • Salesforce Architecture: Apply Salesforce best practices around data modelling, security/sharing, governor limits, reusability, performance, and scalability . • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to Salesforce engineers, conduct code reviews , mentor team members, and drive engineering best practices. • DevOps & Release Management: Work with CI/CD tools and deployment processes with Git, GitHub Actions / Copado or similar deployment platforms , and release governance. • Quality & Performance: Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards through unit testing, code reviews, static analysis, monitoring, and proactive technical-debt management . • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution/Enterprise Architects, QA, DevOps, and integration teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Investigate complex production issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable fixes while continuously improving the Salesforce platform, engineering processes, and overall system reliability . Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II Experience with D360, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce would be an advantage.
