Job Description

About Consus Consus is OpenRouter for compliant workloads. We make it simple for aerospace and defense companies to use AI by routing inference through compliant infrastructure. Engineers easily integrate frontier models and security teams get the controls they need.

We're backed by Y Combinator and have multiple paying customers across the aerospace and defense industry. Consus was founded by Eric Magliarditi, who worked at SpaceX and Castelion. He saw firsthand how challenging it is for aerospace & defense to use state-of-the-art AI. About the role You're the first revenue hire.

Your job is to scale the revenue side of the business and build the system from the ground up: who we target, how we reach them, how deals close. You'll work directly with the founder every day, and what you build becomes how Consus sells. Few roles will have a bigger impact on where this company goes.

You know how these companies think and buy. Technical enough to demo an AI product credibly on your own Precise with claims.

"FedRAMP Ready" and "FedRAMP Authorized" are different words and you know why How we work Intellectual curiosity: you're always asking why and how Challenge requirements: you take nothing for granted and push for deeper answers Comfortable pushing back: you speak your mind, including to the founder Bias toward action: trial and error beats not trying We're adults.

If you need to take your kid to school, do it. Plan ahe
