The First Mile S&OP, Outbound Execution Planning - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
