Job Description

Lead Videographer is responsible for planning, capturing, and producing high-quality video content that supports touchmkt's — and our clients' — branding, marketing, communications, and storytelling objectives.

This role leads all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery, while managing equipment, production schedules, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Lead end-to-end video projects across pre-production, production, and post-production.

• Plan and execute shoots for client marketing campaigns, founder and staff interviews, product features, events, training material, and short-form social content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts).

• Develop shot lists, storyboards, production schedules, and creative concepts.

• Ensure all content meets each client's brand standards and communication objectives. Filming & Technical Operations

• Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment — often solo, run-and-gun, on client premises across Singapore.

• Direct on-camera talent (business owners and staff, not actors) and any crew during filming.

• Manage camera setups, lighting design, framing, and audio quality on location.

• Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and inventory of production equipment. Post-Production

• Edit footage in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Perform colour correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects as required.

• Optimise videos for multiple platforms — social media, websites, digital advertising, and presentations.

• Review and approve final content before publication.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading video production end-to-end (portfolio/showreel required).

• Strong command of a professional camera kit, gimbal, lighting, and wireless audio.

• Advanced editing skills in at least one major NLE (Premiere / Final
