SAP FICO Consultant - FSCM/Asset Accounting

Skill : SAP FICO + 1 Skill (FSCM/Asset Accounting/RAR/PAPM/GR/PC) Experience : 6 - 10 yrs Hiring Locations : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune Must have skills/Project Experience/Certifications : - 6 - 10 years of industry experience - Domain experience is required for Senior Consultant but is good to have at Consultant level - GL - New GL with Segment Reporting - Accounts Receivable / FSCM, Accounts Payable / Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting & Internal Orders, Project Systems, Investment Management, Asset Accounting, Product Costing - Worked on implementation project of the most recent version - Should have run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes to SAP - Should have Industry Experience Key Responsibilities : - Architect and configure end-to-end SAP FICO solutions integrated with your secondary area of expertise to meet specific client business requirements and improve financial data integrity. - Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate complex business needs into functional specifications to ensure seamless alignment between finance teams and IT development. - Manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementations or rollouts, including system configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. - Resolve critical production issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes that minimize downtime and enhance user experience. - Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise to internal project teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - Partner with business process owners to identify opportunities for automation and process simplification, directly contributing to cost reduction and improved reporting speed.
