Senior SAP Sales & Analytics Lead

Role Overview : As a Senior SAP Sales and Analytics Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex SAP SD environments and modern cloud-based data platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, data engineers, and sales leadership, to ensure that sales data flows seamlessly from SAP into GCP-based analytical environments. Your primary impact will be ensuring the integrity of sales reporting and the reliability of data pipelines, directly influencing the strategic decision-making capabilities of the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and maintain robust data pipelines that integrate SAP SD modules with BigQuery to ensure real-time visibility into sales performance. - Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including UAT and complex ETL/Datawarehouse testing, to validate data accuracy across disparate systems. - Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to synchronize sales data, ensuring a unified view of customer interactions and transactional history. - Optimize SQL queries and GCP infrastructure to improve the performance of large-scale sales analytics dashboards. - Mentor junior team members on best practices for data validation and SAP-to-Cloud integration strategies to maintain high standards of technical delivery. Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in managing SAP SD configurations and their integration with external CRM platforms like Salesforce. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for complex data manipulation and the development of scalable sales analytics models. - Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive UAT and ETL testing frameworks within a GCP environment. - Strong communication skills to translate complex technical data requirements into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise data architecture. - A logical, problem-solving mindset with the capacity to manage multiple high-priority data projects simultaneously.
