Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant - FCCS & ARCS

Job Title : Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant (7+ Years of experience) Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with 7 plus years of expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of financial processes, hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud modules, and exposure to on-premise Hyperion applications is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities : - Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as : 1. Planning (EPBCS) 2. Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) 3. Account Reconciliation (ARCS) 4. Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop business rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting. - Manage metadata, security, data forms, dashboards, and reports. - Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, REST APIs, or EPM Automate. - Perform data validation, reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy. - Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close cycles. - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. - Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization. - Prepare technical and functional documentation and conduct end-user training. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 7 plus years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong focus on EPM Cloud. - Hands-on experience in EPBCS (mandatory), FCCS & ARCS. - Strong expertise in : 1. Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting 2. Business rules, forms, and dashboards 3. Data integrations (Data Management, REST APIs) - Good understanding of financial processes (planning, consolidation, reconciliation). - Experience with Smart View and reporting tools. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred / Added Advantage : - Experience with On-Premise Hyperion applications such as : 1. Hyperion Planning 2. Essbase 3. HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) 4. FDMEE - Experience in Hyperion to EPM Cloud migration or hybrid environments. - Familiarity with MaxL scripting and on-prem architecture. - Exposure to multiple EPM Cloud modules (cross-functional experience). - Experience with automation using EPM Automate. - Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases. - Oracle EPM certifications are a plus. Education : - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Soft Skills : - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
