Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant to join our AMS support team. The role will primarily focus on providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for D365 F&O applications. Key Responsibilities : - Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O applications. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs. - Perform X++ development, debugging, customization, and extensions. - Work on technical enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests. - Develop and maintain D365 F&O extensions and customizations following Microsoft best practices. - Prepare technical documentation and root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents. Technical Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Strong knowledge of X++ development. - Experience in D365 F&O technical customization and extensions. - Experience in production/application support or AMS projects. - Good understanding of Data Entities and OData. - Experience with integrations, REST APIs, web services, and interfaces. - Knowledge of batch jobs, workflows, and debugging in D365 F&O. - Experience with LCS and/or Azure DevOps. - Good SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
