What We Do The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the strategic liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined business and functional requirements that enable scalable software solutions.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze business processes, and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
As a senior individual contributor, this position enables successful software product delivery through business analysis, requirements management, solution validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations to support software product delivery through business analysis, requirements definition, and solution validation.
Facilitate Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements clarification, and release readiness activities.
