Facet relies on dedicated teams across financial planning, sales, support, and investment operations to support tens of thousands of members nationwide. Our bespoke software is essential to their daily workflows.

This is a crucial role for a designer who finds deep satisfaction in untangling complex workflows, designing for dense information architecture, and advocating for internal users. Stepping into an active and highly energized space, your first mandate is to take over and lead UX research for our internal tools.

From there, the goal is to architect scalable, intuitive mental models and interfaces that optimize complex daily tasks. By partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering, this role transforms legacy tools into streamlined workspaces.
