Day Care Teacher - Pre-School Hindustan Recruitment is seeking passionate Day Care Teachers to join our pre-school teams. Key Responsibilities • Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children in our day care program. • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their well-being at all times. • Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. • Observe and assess children's development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment. • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Skills & Qualifications • A genuine passion for working with young children and a nurturing demeanor. • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. • Creativity in designing engaging educational and recreational activities. • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. • Experience working in a day care or pre-school setting is highly valued. Work Schedule • This role involves either 9-hour shifts or 7-hour shifts for Head Teacher profiles .
