We are looking for a Business Systems Architect to own and evolve the systems, tools, and processes that keep TYTAN running.

As a company that designs and manufactures its own hardware and software, our operational landscape spans engineering, production, supply chain, and beyond, all of which need to be reflected in a coherent, well-connected tool and process architecture.

With Odoo as our core ERP platform today, you will ensure our systems work seamlessly together, our processes are well-designed and continuously improving, and our digital landscape is ready for the next stage of growth.

You will work closely with teams across the organization to translate business needs into smart, s calable workflows, and then build them.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact Systems Architecture & Roadmap Build and maintain the enterprise architecture across business capabilities, processes, data, and applications, building a lean digital thread from Requirements and Engineering through to Production and Service.

Define and enforce standards across the stack: single source of truth, SSO, clean integrations, and compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and Export Control requirements. Anticipate when the current tool landscape needs to evolve, knowing when Odoo alone is not enough and when dedicated P
