Salesforce Functional Consultant

Salary: £38,000 - 74,000 per year Requirements: • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a management consultancy or Salesforce Partner environment. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds, including Sales, Service, and Experience. • Experience with industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud is desirable. • Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes. • Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable. Responsibilities: • Support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. • Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members. • Contribute to the design of scalable, user-focused Salesforce solutions aligned to platform best practices. • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools such as Flow. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery. • Support UAT, training, and change management activities. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
