Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining data processes, updating databases, and generating analytical reports to support Nursing Finance operations. Collects, processes, and maintains nursing performance data from multiple sources including financial systems, clinical databases, and operational platforms.

Ensures data integrity through systematic validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes. Updates and maintains complex data models, crosswalks, and index files that enable accurate financial and operational reporting.

Runs scheduled reports, updates raw data files, and supports Nursing Practice with data-driven insights for variance analysis and budget planning. Demonstrates technical proficiency in data management tools including advanced Excel, database systems, and reporting platforms.
