Head Talent Management
This is a strategic role in the organisation.
Key Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree with Master's degree (MBA) in HR is must.
- Proven track record of 15+ years in managing the Talent Management and Leadership Management.
- Strong analytical skills combined experience of managing the teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead a dynamic and versatile team.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning:
- Establish and Review the Competency Framework for the Organisation in view of changed expectations.
- Establish strong talent management system to create bench strength and identify the potential Leaders.
- Drive the succession planning for the organization based on the Leadership competency framework for the Group.
- Plan and Establish the strong Leadership Development system to nurture and develop the Leadership pipeline.
- Establish the strong process of Performance Management to drive the performance-oriented culture.
2. Execution Excellence:
- Drive the Pathway - Talent Management Programme for organisation.
- Drive the various assessment Center / Development Center Evaluation processes to identify the potential Leaders at various levels across the organisation.
- Closely working with the Training and Development function so as to drive the Individual Development Plan.
- Establish the monitoring mechanism for tracking the development through IDP.
- Drive Reward and Recognition programme in line with the organisation's vision and strategic interventions.
- Drive the Leadership interventions basis the IDP identified.
- Closely work with business teams for the IDP completion for the identified talent.
3. Development Interventions:
- Manage the Leadership development programmes like Future Leadership Programme and Excellence Programme designed specifically for development perspective.
- Drive the coaching/ mentoring or similar interventions planned for the identified individuals.
- Design and Drive the Employer Branding initiatives in collaboration with Communications team.
4. MIS, Process Efficiency and Effectiveness:
- Support Employee engagement programme and the required action planning for the same.
- Budget and controlling the overall budget for the various interventions/ processes.
- Digitisation and driving the digital interface for the key processes.
5. Process Automation and Analytics:
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation tools and platforms and develop data management Qualification Experience.
- Identify and create development opportunities/ plans to enhance functional knowledge and skills within the team.
- Engage in regular coaching and development conversations with the team members to ensure their overall development.
