Manchester-based / Hybrid | £500 - £600 per day (Via Umbrella) | Initial 6 month contract

The Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to help shape how information is organised, governed and used across a major AI-enabled transformation programme.
This role sits at the intersection of knowledge management, business analysis and AI adoption. You'll work with stakeholders across the business to improve the quality, discoverability and effectiveness of enterprise data, while helping assess and optimise AI-driven user experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
• Reviewing and onboarding information sources that support AI, search and knowledge-driven services.
• Developing taxonomy, classification and information architecture frameworks that make business knowledge easier to find and use.
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve knowledge discovery and retrieval capabilities.
• Identifying content gaps, duplication and quality issues across knowledge assets, then driving remediation activities.
• Leading evaluation and user testing activities to assess the effectiveness of AI-powered solutions and user outcomes.
• Producing insights and recommendations that improve knowledge quality, user adoption and AI performance.
What You Bring
• A strong background in the delivery of enterprise transformation projects, bringing Business Analyst and Project Management skillsets.
• Experience in the design of user/customer journeys and rolling out of new product features.
• The ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience assessing data, content quality or knowledge assets within complex organisations.
• Exposure to AI, enterprise search, knowledge retrieval or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with UAT, evaluation frameworks or user-focused assessment methodologies.
