We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team building code-native Webflow: a high-fidelity code representation that moves seamlessly between visual and code-based workflows, so developers can work directly in code and trust nothing gets lost coming back. This foundation also powers a new class of coding agents that understand and modify the same underlying system. This is a player-coach role: you'll grow an exceptional team while staying close to the technical work: shaping architecture, resolving hard design decisions, and contributing directly when it helps the team move faster.
