HR Senior/Executive

The Job • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, such as contracts and confirmation letters. • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws • Organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs and wellness activities • Prepare HR reports and analytics on recruitment, attrition, attendance and other HR metrics. • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks. • Assisting performance management activities, including appraisals, goal setting and employee development • Administer user accounts, email systems and staff system access. The Talent • Minimally Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline • Minimally 3 years of experience • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and legislation • Open to be on standby if necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
