Key Responsibilities • Direct Patient Care: Deliver safe, effective, and empathetic care in accordance with established clinical standards. • Clinical Assessments: Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, administer medications, and track vital signs. • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Patient Communication: Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans and health management. • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in line with facility and regulatory requirements. • Compliance: Follow all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies to maintain high safety and ethical standards. Candidate Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). • Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience is preferred. Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply. • Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. • Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to high standards of patient care. • Language: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) is essential.
