Job Description
A market-leading global technology and financial services organisation is currently recruiting for a Global HR Business Partner About the Job This role is responsible for leading the global Human Resources Business Partner function and partnering with senior business leaders to align people strategies with organisational objectives for 1000 employees across APAC EMEA and the US.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global HR Business Partner team, ensuring consistent delivery of strategic HR support across multiple regions. Partner closely with executive and senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people and organisational strategies.
Advise stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Drive enterprise-wide change programmes, including business transformation, organisational restructuring, and integration activities.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices across international jurisdictions. Leverage workforce analytics and HR metrics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and support business outcomes.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture through coaching, mentoring, and capability development within the HR function. The Team Reporting into the CHRO, this role leads a globally dispersed HR Business Partner function supporting business leaders across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.
The position works closely with the, HR BP's, HR COE, HR Operations and business leaders to deliver a cohesive and commercially aligned people agenda. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources or a related discipline.
