Job Description
Position Overview Power your future with Qualus in our Talent Acquisition department as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and managing the first stage of the recruiting process. This role is a critical member of a high-performing team that is responsible for powering the future of Qualus .
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. This opportunity is a contract assignment for 6 months focused on candidate sourcing.
Responsibilities
Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e. g. LinkedIn and Indeed). Craft and send recruiting emails. Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e. g.
Boolean search) Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Ask for referrals from external networks Promote our talent and employer brand online and offline Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System and talent community Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience working with applicant tracking systems Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Stellar interpersonal and communication skills Motivated team player; self-starter Effective time management skills P
