Senior Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the design and production of high-quality visual content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications. - Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. - Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our visual assets. Requirements: **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). - Experience with web design and understanding of HTML/CSS. - Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in motion graphics and video editing. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles. - Knowledge of print production processes. - Experience in branding and corporate identity design. - Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
