Office Manager & Trust Accountant | $80K+ | Full-Time
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Office Manager & Trust Accountant to join a growing real estate business.
Working closely alongside the leadership team, this is a varied and hands-on role supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office.
Supporting a team of 24 staff members, the successful candidate will play an integral role across office administration, trust accounting, marketing and HR administration.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow across the business
• Managing reception, administration and general office support functions
• Coordinating office calendars, meeting schedules and internal staff communications
• Maintaining databases, CRM systems and office processes
• Assisting with payroll preparation and related administrative tasks
• Coordinating office marketing initiatives, including social media activity
• Assisting with events, sponsorships and community engagement activities
• Managing trust accounting functions, including receipting, disbursements, reconciliations and reporting
• Ensuring trust accounting compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations and company procedures
• Maintaining accurate trust records and supporting audit requirements
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing new starter documentation and coordinating staff setup requirements
• Maintaining personnel files, employment records and HR documentation
• Coordinating IT access, system logins and office setup for new starters
• Assisting with training coordination, induction scheduling and internal communications
• Confidentially logging and tracking employee complaints, concerns and feedback
• Assisting Directors with documenting, monitoring and following up complaint resolutions and outcomes
• Monitoring leave balances, timesheets and staff rosters
• Supporting general HR administration and compliance with company policies
• Supporting a positive, professional and collaborative workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years' trust accounting experience
• At least 1 year of office management or office operations experience
• Previous real estate administration or marketing experience preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Positive, professional and solutions-focused approach
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Real estate industry experience highly regarded
