Data Analytics

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The successful candidate will identify trends, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar platforms. • Verify data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies. • Prepare summaries and presentations of analytical findings. • Work with different departments to understand data and reporting needs. • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. • Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and analytical processes. • Protect confidential company and customer information. Requirements: • Degree or relevant experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with spreadsheets and databases. • Knowledge of Excel and SQL is preferred. • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to communicate data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
