: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability throughout. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and provide seamless application support is an integral part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques. - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Knowledge of software release management and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required."
