•
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
•
Take ownership of software quality beyond development by defining and following best practices for unit tests, API tests, automated test coverage, code coverage targets, and validation of critical workflows to ensure reliable and production-ready solutions.
•
Proactively address security concerns throughout the SDLC by supporting secure coding practices, vulnerability scans using tools such as Snyk and Qualys, remediation of identified risks, penetration test findings, and compliance with application security standards.
•
Demonstrate ownership, accountability, curiosity, and adaptability by proactively delivering commitments, managing risks, communicating progress or blockers transparently, staying open to feedback, learning new technologies including AI-assisted development tools, and continuously improving day-to-day engineering practices.
•
