As a Software Developer, you'll work across a modern technology stack, contributing to both new development and the ongoing evolution of core business systems. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, building and maintaining full stack applications using React and modern backend technologies • Developing and supporting custom APIs, an in house CRM platform, and new Point of Sale (POS) functionality • Building serverless, event driven solutions leveraging Azure Functions and cloud native services • Contributing to the ongoing development and optimisation of CRM data structures and architecture • Taking ownership of projects and technical decisions, with the autonomy to recommend and implement best practice solutions • Collaborating closely with a small, highly engaged internal technology team About You... To be successful in this role, you will bring: • Commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer or Backend Developer • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, along with hands on experience building modern React applications (React 18, Vite) • The ability to work across the full development lifecycle, from user interface through to backend services and data • Strong Python development experience • Experience building serverless or event driven applications using Azure Functions or equivalent AWS or GCP services • Knowledge of OAuth2 and token based authentication, with MSAL and Microsoft Entra ID experience highly regarded • Experience working with Git, pull request workflows, and ideally Azure DevOps • A pragmatic, solutions focused approach with strong communication skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code What's On Offer... • Genuine ownership and autonomy in a collaborative environment • Exposure to modern cloud and serverless technologies • The opportunity to influence architecture and technical direction • A stable and growing Australian business investing in technology • Long term career growth within a supportive team culture How to Apply...
