Robotic Specialist, Tshwane

Reference: EL003354-Janin-1 We are seeking a Robotic Specialist for a permanent vacancy based in Tshwane, Gauteng Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: • NQF 6 & Qualified Electrician/ Millwright/ Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Robot Technician within an Automotive environment • Extensive working knowledge of ABB and Kuka Robots. Skills required – • Technical techniques; fault finding, robot repair and maintenance (KUKA and ABB) • Manufacturing processes BMW V8 • Basic understanding of quality systems • Fault finding and maintenance presses • Problem solving & good communication • Able to read electronic drawings The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: • Repair and maintain robots to ensure customer and company quality standards are met • Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction • Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data • Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times • Participate actively in the departmental M2S as per company requirement • Ensure that work practises comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works instructions • Lead on-site implementation of process changes Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to ***email_hidden*** If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful
