EB Operations Analyst Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities • Process a range of specialized transactions (e.g. payments, reconciliation, tax events) • Perform investigations and research when issues fall outside standard procedures • Ensure adherence to SLA, risk and control frameworks • Handle priority / risk-sensitive operations with appropriate escalation Risk & quality management • Apply strong risk awareness in daily activities • Identify and escalate operational incidents or discrepancies • Ensure data quality and control execution across processes • Support audit readiness and compliance standards Problem solving & escalations • Investigate non-standard cases and operational issues • Contribute to identifying root causes and corrective actions Continuous improvement (CI) • Participate in problem-solving sessions and CI initiatives • Identify gaps in processes and ways of working • Support or contribute to projects (efficiency, risk, regulatory, strategy) Team contribution & knowledge sharing • Achieve polyvalence across key team processes • Support training and coaching of colleagues on selected topics • Act as a reliable knowledge contributor within the team Our requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems • Solid risk awareness and attention to detail • Ability to handle complex and non-standard operations • Strong team collaboration and communication skills Behavioral expectations : • Ownership mindset – takes accountability for cases end-to-end • Continuous improvement mindset – challenges processes and suggests improvements • Client-focused approach – understands impact on internal/external clients • Resilience – able to manage workload and deadlines.
