Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, material handling, storage systems, or industrial products • Experience developing and managing dealer, distributor, or reseller channels • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, closing, and meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to read technical specifications and blueprints and to quote engineered or custom-configured products • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) • Experience with order entry and ERP systems • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Able to work on an active manufacturing floor and be comfortable in an environment with noise, machinery, and fumes • Authorized to work in the United States Position Type and Expected Hours: This is a full-time, exempt position.
