E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist Belfast Competitive Salary Are you a creative, commercially minded digital marketer who gets excited about e-commerce, data, websites and creating exceptional customer experiences? Our client is seeking an inspiring E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team and play a key role in shaping the next stage of their digital journey. Following significant investment in rebuilding and enhancing their e-commerce offering, they are now looking for a talented individual to take the platform to the next level, maximise its potential and drive meaningful commercial growth. This is a hands-on, varied and commercially focused role combining e-commerce management, digital marketing, website optimisation, customer acquisition, content, social media and digital product development. You will have the opportunity to influence the digital customer journey, identify new revenue opportunities and turn creative ideas into measurable commercial results. The Role As E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the e-commerce and digital marketing activity across a portfolio of established brands. The perfect candidate will be commercially sharp, analytically strong, technically confident and blessed with a creative eye for making things look great and work even better. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using data, technology and creativity to improve the customer journey, grow online revenue and strengthen the organisation's digital presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy across multiple brands. Drive online sales, customer acquisition and commercial growth through data-led marketing. Manage website content, landing pages, promotions, merchandising and UX. Ensure websites are technically optimised, mobile responsive, user-friendly and SEO compliant. Plan and deliver digital campaigns, promotions and content across relevant channels. Manage the digital marketing calendar and budget to maximise ROI. Monitor website and campaign performance, using analytics to identify improvements and growth opportunities. Create engaging blogs, digital content and social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement. Manage organic social media channels, engaging with customers, prospects and industry partners. Support the development of the e-commerce product portfolio using customer and market insights. Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies and best practice. Essential Criteria Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing. Experience with digital marketing automation, Google Ads and Google Analytics/GA4. Knowledge of web publishing, CMS platforms and SEO tools. Experience developing and delivering email marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
